Accepted Methods of Payment - We accept VISA / Mastercard, most credit cards and debit cards but NOT DINERS OR AMEX. Our payments are processed by WorldPay. We do not store any card data on our own servers.
We understand that mistakes are sometimes made when choosing colours or sizes. If this is the case we will be happy to exchange your items or offer a credit note at our Swimming Pools when you collect your item(s). Please note for health and safety reasons you cannot return swimwear.
We ask all children to wear swim hats in the pool. We welcome adults to wear hats but it is not compulsory.
Once you have booked a swimming lesson your time slot will be confirmed via email. The initial confirmation you receive is only to acknowledge that we have received your Swimming course request. Once we have manually processed your booking a second email with confirmation will be sent to you. We may also contact you on the telephone number provided to confirm your time slot. If we are unable to allocate your 1st choice or your 2nd choice of swimming lesson we will contact you. If you have not recieved an email confirmation, this may be due to your server or security. Please check your junk folder and please also check your swimming pool account, where your lessons are also stated. Please contact by phone if you have questions.
Lessons are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If for any reason a lesson is cancelled by Oakleigh Park, we will endeavour to make this lesson up. This may be outside of the date range given at the start of term when booking. We will either reschedule the lesson(s) or credit your swimming pool account with information regarding this. No refunds will be given.
We will not be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under these terms, which have become practicably impossible because of a force majeure event. Force majeure event includes without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labour disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause beyond our control. If such force majeure event happens both you and we hereby agree not to cancel but reschedule the missed lesson(s) at dates as soon as practicable after the force majeure event ceases to exist or credit your swimming pool account. No refunds will be given and for the avoidance of doubt this clause does not include self isolation.
In no case shall our liability to you exceed the fee you paid to us for the current term.
If you wish to change your day or time of your session after we have confirmed your booking there is an administration fee of £10 per booking.
The fee for Family & Friends hire is £50 per hour for up to 5 people and then an additional £5 per person up to 8 people for exclusive use of the pool with your family and friends. £5 additional, maximum 8 people.
Non swimmers will need to be accompanied by an able adult over the age of 18 in the water at a ratio of 1:1 which will be included in the final number. A swimmer child is someone who can swim 20m on front AND 20m on back.
You can of course hire the pool for longer, fees will increase accordingly. Payment must be made in full upon booking. No transfers or refunds will be given. You must not enter the building until the commencement of hire period and you must be out of the building at the completion of hire period. This allows exclusive use for those before and after you, just as you will receive during your hire period.
The Family & Friends hire fee includes the lifeguards and exclusive pool hire.
The adults will be responsible for the children in the changing rooms, allowing the lifeguard to stay on the poolside observing the pool and surrounds. The lifeguard must not be asked to carry out other duties as this will affect their duty of observing the swimming pool. The lifeguard say is final.
You will only be allowed to use certain equipment at Oakleigh Park. Your own equipment will not be allowed so that we can protect the pool and surrounding areas from damage. We do not have or allow inflatables, nor do we allow the use of Mermaid tails due to health and safety reasons.
No speakers or electrical equipment are allowed, including hairdryers. A Bluetooth speaker system or equivalent may be allowed upon request. We ask that you do not touch any of our audio equipment or wires that are in the reception spaces.
There must not be any glass brought onto the premises. No alcohol is allowed on the premises.
You can also hire the training room with or without soft play. Please ask for details.
These rules must be distributed to all parents attending before the date of hire

Your user ID must not be liable to mislead and must comply with content rules. You must not use your account or user ID for or in connection with the impersonation of any person. You must keep your password confidential. You must notify us in writing immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your password. ou are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.
