Thank you for a great term so far, here are some dates for your diary regarding the next term.

We are open this weekend Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th Oct, half term break is Monday 28th Oct - Sunday 3rd November.

Hope you enjoy the half term break and we look forward to seeing you back for the remaining 5 weeks of term. Term finishes on Sunday 8th December.

January 2025 Term

Term Dates: Monday 6th January – Sunday 6th April 2025

February half term: Monday 17th February - Sunday 23rd February '25

Week 1:

Monday 4th November 2024 rebooking’s open 11am and will close on Monday 11th November at 10am.

Bookings open to existing September 2024 Term swimmers who wish to rebook the same time or request a change of day, time, or pool.

Please log onto your online account from 11am.

Recurring Payments

If you signed up for recurring payments and are keeping the same time and day you do not need to do anything. Your payment will be taken from midnight on Thursday 7th November and your booking will be confirmed once this has been made.

HOWEVER, if you wish to change your time/day you will need to log in to your account, request your change and make a payment. This will automatically cancel the existing recurring payment request.

To cancel your booking you will need to do this by Wednesday 6th November 6pm.

All customers are given the opportunity to tick the recurring payments box when making a booking for the January 2025 term, this means that you will automatically be renewed for any future terms.

Week 2:

Monday 11th November - Tuesday 19th November – Bookings suspended whilst all requests are dealt with.

Week 3:

- Wednesday 20th November '24 – Siblings

For existing September Term customers who wish to try and add a sibling.

Please log onto your account between 11am-3pm.

- Friday 22nd November '24 - Crash Courses & missed deadline day.

Pupils who have attended a crash course in the past 6 months and have an online account.

Customers who missed the deadline day. (Please note the same time/day is not guaranteed).

Week 4:

Monday 25th November 2024 – 11am

Bookings open online for new customers. All availability can be found via our website booking service.
